Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

Been to see it tonight with the kids.

Not a bad film over all but there are to many times were you just have to much on the screen in one go and your eye's get confused at what's going on.

How ever compared to the first movie there is more comedy in it which made the whole cinema laugh.

Over all thought it was a good film for the kids to see and some of the adult ref are quite funny.

Came back happy (which makes a change lately)...

Spiler bit as such.

My lass pointed out several times where robots landed on tree's and they didn't move lol ... Personally i was to bissy trying to figure out what was going on lol.

Haven't seen this yet but I can see where you are coming from with the "too much on screen" thing.

I couldn't stand the first one because of that very reason. WTF is going on! :(

Take the first one and x that buy 10 and that's how much is going on seriously.

The end scene is a bit of a night mare honestly.

But like i say i still enjoyed the film.

I know when it comes out on dvd ill be slowing the action down to see what i missed lol ...

Mind you my kids say they saw ever thing and blamed my old age lol ...

The film actually left me with a small form of a bitter after taste since all the good stuff was in the middle!

Plus for a family action film, I thik it is too long.

Micheal Bay has tried too much.

He seems to re-enforce the saying "Too much of a good thing is bad." iir(the quote)c

Might have to agree it was a tad long ...

I felt like i what'd to leave with in the last 5 min lol... didn't stay to see the end bit in the credits lol ...

I saw it yesterday.

It was good, let me first say that, enjoyed it overall :)

It was too long by about 15 minutes and I actually thought some of the action sequences should have been cut out  Certainly not like me to say that either :p

I think Bay has tried too much and gone OTT on the film. Sure there's a lot of cool stuff but it all happens in the middle of the film and then he keeps overloading it. I'm all for action but it was a little OTT for my tastes. That said, I'll buy it on BRD :D

I went to see it today in Leicester Square.. Really enjoyed it and yeah it was a bit funnier too which was nice. Was a lil long but as previously mentioned, by maybe only 10 - 15 mins..

I'm a sucker for all action though as well as effects so I lapped that all up.

Also just bought the 1st one on BR for my Dad today for Fathers Day... I'll be nicking it soon to watch again :D

gona watch it on wendsday :D the first one not so much as too much going on the thing was just moving too fast and i couldnt catch most of it.

went to see this, and agree it was a tad too long.

I'd also agree it needed a little less action, it was a bit full on.

However, is a great film, and I will be getting it on BR as well :)

Came back from watching it about an hour ago.

Personally I loved it! I also went and bought it on BR. :D

I didn't even realise how long it was until I came out of the cinema.

Then again, a lot of it I was watching from a CG Animator's point of view, so I thoroughly enjoyed the story, plot, animation and graphics.

IMO, it's way better than Terminator. ;)

How did you buy it on BR? It's not even near out yet :p

I personally think it's about the same as T4, maybe even not quite as good.

But yeah, CG was fantastic.

By it I was meant to say the first one.

Sorry was so excited writing I didn't think about what I was talking about! :D

Went to see it in the cinema on Wednesday and I gotta say, I loved it! Was better than the first one IMO, but being a huge transformers/megan fox fan I would say that :D. Can't wait for the Bluray!

lol.

Still epic film though.

Anyone know where I can find out how much money they made yet?

Edit:

Wiki says $206,130,013.

And they used $194 million to make it.
