Welp guy told me my cpu was dead so i bought a new one from him... same problem, rofl....

CPU LED is now off though as in this new cpu could be a dud or something, i just don't have a damn clue what could be wrong.

Guess I'll keep messing with it for a while.

So u've had a new CPU and Motherboard so far. Have you tried changing anything else Memory/PSU/GPU?

Things that have been replaced: Mobo, CPU, Gfx Card, and PSU.

I'm going to take this new proc back into the shop I bought it at and get yet another one, and I'll be sending out my vid card today for RMA...

I also need to stop by Lowes or somewhere and pick up another multimeter since I can't find mine and test the rails on this PSU to make sure that's not what's causing the CPU's to blow on boot.
