Those little annoying F@H things ..

Have you checked your logs to make sure it uploaded? If so then sometimes the server that you uploaded the WU to may not have updated the central server. I've had some that have been credited a couple of days later.

If you have all the info on the unit, project, run, clone, and gen you can post at Folding Forums and a mod can check on it for you.

It looks like that particular server went down just after my WU uploaded. I'll give them time after the weekend to get it back up and then it should come through but i'll keep the log just in-case. Cheers guys!

My PPD were really low for some reason, on both my 780 and my 2600k

Switched to client-type beta and things seem to be back on track - many thanks steve for helping me put this right

Just wondering if anyone else had this issue?
And if its okay to leave the type at beta?

I had to put the beta flag back in for my GPU for it to get Core 17. It was getting them fine with just client-type advanced before.

Once these three WU's are completed my rig will be getting shut down over Christmas for four weeks while I'm away from uni, sad times :(

Edit: I've seen people getting huge PPD's from GPUs but i'm only getting 30k per GPU on Core 17 Wu's (GTX 670 and 570) The 570 actually gets more points! Should I be getting more points from my GPU's?

I came home from work to find out that my GPU had stopped folding. It was stuck on an unkown WU. I've lost at least 50K PPD as a result. Has this happened to anyone else?

My PPD is tanking, 680 only pulling about 30k PPD now. Anyone else having this issue? The 7950s are still where they've been at.

8900, seems to be all I'm getting with that card.

Project 8900 was pretty terrible for me when I initially started folding with my Ti. My client was reporting 75KPPD, which seemed extremely low. When I changed my CPU slot to use 7 threads instead of 8, the PPD improved vastly (200k+ PPD reported by the client). Having said that, it may just have been a coincidence.

I'm not sure about this, but does each project provide different Work Units? Or should the WU's provide the same amount of credit, with the credit only differing between projects?

Just a heads up to team members, if you are folding Core 17 Gpu WU's with the Beta tag you probably want to remove it as there is a new Beta WU that folds about 33% fewer PPD than 8900's.

It has been mentioned in the beta forums, let's just hope it is fixed berfore it goes general.

I just switched from beta, back to advanced and i've gone from getting about 30k points. to 5757. ? any ideas?

I took your advice to avoid them, and seems i've buggered it up somehow ;p

5757 points sounds like 8018 Open MM WU.

I totally removed the client-type option on my NVidia cards and have been getting 8900's
