I got me an LG Artcool one, works wonders keeping the house warm during the winter, and chilling the rigs during summer..

GPU temps at 80 degrees C - not going to carry this on until I've sorted a few things out cooling wise haha.
Was getting around 75K PPD though - bit lower than I was expecting tbh!

I had to RMA my 580, which is why GPU folding was on hold for a while. I have the replacement now (another 580), but won't be folding at the moment because of the super high temperatures.
I'm now working so I can save up for a dedicated F@H rig and get my PPD up to a much higher and consistent level.

Lost a machine today i7 950 with 2X 560TI's. not sure what happened but absolutely nothing to mobo no lights.....

I'm at the point now where I'd rather just replace everything than troubleshoot. I have one system with the failing card (replacement on the way) and another system that started randomly locking up last week. Then to top it off, the server I have running was getting 3PPD. 24 threads and a 3.5 day TPF. Not even sure what was going on there. I deleted the WU and started over. Now it's at about 40k PPD and an 8 min TPF.
I'm getting into the same frame of mind, with advent of Core 17 SMP doesn't make much sense run it if you can but don't plan a system around it. Maybe it's time to replace older stuff with cheaper mobo/cpu and spend money on gpu.
These new AMD cards I have run sooooo much cooler with much less power draw on PSU than my 4 & 5 series cards.
If it's a PSU I'll replace it and carry on, if it's mobo I may pass and up grade GPU on another system
One of the machines with a 7950 is down. It was still getting random lockups so I'm in the process of reinstalling. Should be back up tomorrow.
Edit: Had the machine up earlier today. All seems good now, the random lockups are gone. I'm pretty sure it was the SSD. I updated its firmware and did a secure erase before installing Win7.

Ouch that's around 26,000 points if it's lost.
Had one on a nvidia card that was complete but would not send. Got to about 15% send progress and then was rejected by the server

guess as the teams real big time SMP folder "ouch" refers usually to a 300k+ point lost.
I think over the last few years I lost a solid 2 to 3 million points due to upload problems...
The last minor lost for me was today. I lost about 10k because of a folding mistake with the last WU. You will see what I mean when the other P8105 finishes...

Yeah, it was a 8900.
Looks like it was lost, I have just checked it and from what I can tell, the client is folding the same work unit again, with an estimated PPD of 60000.
