Those little annoying F@H things ..

I also woke up to a reboot this morning, thing is i run GPU Tracker, and everytime i wake up to a reboot i get the V7 client running instead, only good thing that has come out of it is i have woke to a 14k point WU but it will take 10 hours to complete,

i dont know wether to keep the V7 client open now as before i was only getting realy quick ones on the GPU tracker ie 1.5-2 hour 1.5k WU's

That , and my second rig ones i babysit it 24/7 monitor on 24/7 nothing goes wrong ,ones i turn of my monitor it will start buggering at night :mellow::wacko:

EDIT also pretty annoying , is the fact i still don't have one of my GTX570's...

I need my GTX570 so i can add my GTX460 to my second rig !!
Hmm wel at least one core (GTX295) is fine....
 
Internet connection was down on rig 2 , had to reboot it..
and still NO GTX570 GOD%@^!&*$#& yesterday i mailed them but also on that, nothing yet :mellow:

O my god , its one of those days again :(
was away looking for GPU's as i don't think i will ever get my ordered GTX570 I callled them ..NO contact,
e-mailed them ..NO contact..

But anyway i got home to check my rig with the GTX295 and it was locked up again,
tried to re-boot didn't work as ones my bios screen popups it locksUp right away,

So i think the GTX295 is dead now :mad:
worst part is, that i promised it to Yeren for F@H even for just one core !

but BUT mate (if you read this) i will get 2x GTX(now not sure which ones yet) so you will get one of my GTX460's :)
Will PM you as well !!

WTF, 3770k running @ 3.7GHz was geting 28k-30k PPD on average,

Overclock the system after getting my D14 yestrday to 4.5GHz PPD drop to 10k surely this isn't right?


ie realy sruggled overclocking this chip too, to get 4.5 im running 1.34v :S so think i'll clock it back to 4.2 @ 1.22v

That definitely doesn't sound right. Are the same WU's giving 10k PPD or are you getting those dreaded WU's?
 
8067 WU, i think i will leave it for a few hours see if it is working over a 24 hour average since i have had the PC of for last 18 hours and calculating that into it

was running prime95 for hours last night so no folding

will get back on this one
 
My wife and her friggin 1800 WATT hair dryer strikes again, 20 hours lost on 3 machines due to a blown circuit that nobody told me about so machines were just restarted. :(

I suggested a shorter hair cut, but that was not well received.....:lol:

Might not have mattered if you had the same problem as me: machines stayed on but just never downloaded another WU (and to all: no, nothing was set to 'Finish').
 
Man i am not having fun installing my new hardware,
rig 2 still starts lacking like a mad man.........

and can't get my GTX680 to Fold....

Have they ended support for a whole bunch of video cards? I can't get my 5870s to fold at all (downloads a unit and ceases rendering at step 3 of ~xxx,xxx), nor my 6310 in my APU rig, or even an OpenCL unit for one of my 430s in Linux (neither of the 430s have ever folded outside Windows but the other cards won't fold even in Windows).

Might be the Windows I'm using as my rigs' OS installs frequently corrupt every 1 - 8 weeks from 24/7 folding, so to avoid time on the phone to M$ I just keep a 'special' disc handy. I know this version of Windows is allergic to Catalyst 11 and above. Using the drivers that came with the cards.

(I have five purchased license keys, so five 'special' installs I'm happy to have at any given time).

How the holy hell does your OC installs corrupt so frequantly? That's very strange.
