Woke up,and found my newly reinstalled rig was only limpin through with the wu`s

.stopped all clients and noticed 15% constant use on cpu and 40% on rams.Uninstalled all gigabytes apps i installed with "install all" button,cpu use 0% and only 19% use on rams.Restarted fahtacker and all running smooth again

Found the real problem here.The nec usb 3.0 host controller isnt installed proberly.Tried to uninstall and reinstall it but wont install proberly.If i use any usb 3.0 slot it will use 10-15% cpu and 10-20% extra ram and gpu downclocks to 50% use

Hmm i can't seem to get my 6901 BIGadv WU to run properly ,

it reverds back to from 25000 to 2000PPD anyone else had this happen before

I already re-booted my sytem twice, without any result...

NEXT time i WILL delete the WU ASAP

NO bonus points hell i think i got NO points at all on this WU 3days of work down the toilet...

In other words IF a WU goes from 25000PPD to 2000PD delete it right away !!!!!

as i got another 6901 and this one runs fine !

I will try to archive this into a thread so we won't have a lot of people with 3days of work and NO points at all

Some of them seem very system usage dependent atm. I'd just let it run through and then hope for another better WU.

If people find more of these WU's please report them in here (as it seems this is NOT the way to handle these WU's) ,

I will make a new thread for these posts , give me some time to do so

I apologise guys, I have had to stop folding due to our electric meter eating up my £1.

Yes I have a coin meter, and was costing me a fortune, Hopefully will change it, and then can continue folding again

Sadly, I have had do do the same for the same reason

but only for a week. I just bought a CM 690 II ADV for £50 and I can't afford the extra leccy money until next week so after today I will be taking a week off.

Hope you're both cool though, I know the money pinch when it comes to Folding and I've actually stopped myself a few times whilst with Redline just because I couldn't afford it for a while..

i had the exact same problem with my 460 last night did have it siting at 900 on the core stable and fine been like that sine i got it and now gpu tracker keeps telling my every wu it trys on that card fails so i reinstalled the drivers and its been fine since then

Had one rig running close to 400 hours without any problems.Today it rebooted 4 times randomly

2min after last restart it deleted the wu6900 at 42%,it said unstable machine

(in my bare ...)

Going through client stats,and wu6900 had failed to complete 3 times since december.No other bigadv wu`s have failed.

It can only be stanford related programming,if its the only bigadv to fail to complete.

Project 6702 is being taken off assign. We may continue the 670x series at a later date, but it is being mothballed for the moment.
