thinkning getting a new boot drive

hey chaps. i was thinking of getting a new primary drive and was looking at the samsung 840 (non pro) 500gb

£250 quid for 4 times the storage of my corsair force 3 120gb which is a piece of anus. rma'd and was replaced with a refurb that was worse than the original so im avoiding corsair ssds full stop i the future. but this thing has me thinking. i can manage slightly slower install speeds for the cap boost and the ability to have my games on it. a few at least. i could then use the 120 gb as a scratch disk for ps or after effects as its unreliable. ill be getting another 2tb storage drive which will mean all for sata 3 port are used (2 intel,2 asmedia).

is that a fairly good drive or do you have any other suggestions. i will be buying thiis gear when the 900d comes out to replace my switch. get flynn 2.0 an upgrade. might use the switch case for a hazwell build.

sad to hear ya had to RMA, samsung do good items but i cant vouch for the SSD's
and is it sad it took me 2 mins to work out what flynn was ... adventure time how sad am i

dude im 25 in 6 weeks and i love the show. its no venture bros but its still quality. yea flynn my rig will be getting a tune up. only minor though. 900d will be more wc friendly. i was thinking of changing from dual loo to single loop. but then i would have 2 d5s. i dunno. i may leave the wc the way it is just refine it a little.

why not have 1 loop but have rads inbetween things so
res rad cpu rad GPU/(s) rad back to res

Ah im 22 and i still watch anime like a kid lol i cant say nothing ... i have a DXF file of toshiro hitsugya so when i have the funds to buy propper acrylic his face will be etched into the window of my case

i was going to say i watch bleach religiously but you beat me to the punch. my twitter image is ichigo in hollow mask bankai mode. might change flynn to zangetsu in the 900d. the black would be more appropriate considering flynn always had white gear. im going to swap out the raystorm for a supremacy. the height difference isnt really ideal mixing with ek blocks. slight clearance issues. cheers bud for giving me ideas. but ill prob keep it dual loop just change er up a little

thats fine thats the idea i have for me when i have the funds, and a larger case
And im good at ideas lol, just dont have time or money to run through with them mostly.
and the etching would be awesome on the side esp if your lighting it up. hehe could put a micro speaker so when you turn it on your pc goes tenza Zangetsu hehe then lights up ...
