The Ultimate Game Screenshot Thread [IMAGE HEAVY WARNING]

Dying Light looks amazing graphically!

It is very pretty but they need to introduce an option to get rid of the film grain and the chromatic aberration which gives a sort of prismatic light outline effect like red/blue/green, Example in this screenie -

Yeh if I wanted 3D I'd pay for it :P

I hate that phase out that it does. But seriously... Be the zombie.. GENIUS

Some Battlefield Hardline :)

Looks pretty good in places, especially with a bit of downsampling.
It is also another game I have tested that runs perfectly fine using 3.7-3.9+GB on a 970.

I know its a video but I thought it'd capture this game's beauty much better. Its called the Vanishing of Ethan Carter

Guess what, it took me 19 hours to upload only for the quality to be butchered by youtube.

Thanks for nothing virgin media.

One of the best looking games to date, even looks better than the Cryengine whilst running at 200fps.

You should render and upload in 4k if you can, Youtube doesn't rape the quality as much.
I'm happy with VM at the minute though, they just upgraded me from 60 down and 30 up to 100 down and 70 up. Takes me about 25-30 mins to upload 1gb now :D

Regarding the Vanishing of Ethan Carter, how do you find the performance? With two 780ti's my performance tanks badly when it goes in to that solving mode - when it all goes blue etc. I've confirmed that SLI is working and tried various AA settings, but still get it. Running at 2560x1600 here with all other settings maxed. I hate it when the frame rate dips below 60!

I think I might turn off the AA in game and try DSR to smooth it out.

I run out of grunt in the settings i've filmed. My single 780Ti isn't that happy but vram usage is very good.

Is Hardline as pretty looking as BF4?
I'd say they are around the same in the single player, although I have only played a bit of the first mission and the rest of the game might look better. The MP in some ways looks better than BF4, but it is on the same engine so everything looks similar. If anything, I would say it looks pretty much the same but with a bit more polish and shine.

The most important thing though is it is not buggy and runs perfect with no crashes :)

Worth getting? I'm tempted

Not sure about the single player, not played enough of it to give an opinion.

The MP is good fun in my opinion. The maps feel to small for 64 players though, for conquest anyway, but still fun. I've not tried other game modes yet so can't comment on those.

The way I see it is, BF3 is old and a bit boring now, BF4 is total shit and i'm done with it :D So Hardline is something to fill the online FPS gap till something better comes along.
You can get it for around £25 on places like G2A, unlike the £50 Origin wants you to pay for it. For £25 I'd say it is worth it, especially if you are bored with BF3 and fed up with BF4 and you want something new to play that isn't buggy and broken.

Cool! might get on that then. Saw it on CJS for 25 quid

Well I have about 5hrs in the multiplayer now and I have not had one single crash or seen any bugs. It is nothing like how BF4 was, it is the complete opposite and the game is 100% stable.

I still think the maps are to small for 64 players, i've been playing on 32 man servers and they feel just right for the maps. Hotwire and Blood money are my favorite modes at the moment, still haven't tried the others yet.

As for the single player, it is pretty meh, but I don't think most people are to bothered about the single player anyway. The story isn't bad but the game mechanics are pretty crap, you can play it like MGS and Splinter Cell but it is far to easy to stealth around and take everyone down because all the enemies are on the minimap. There is no challenge to it, you can still go in guns blazing though. It is a lot like Far Cry, you can handle the levels however you want with what ever weapons you want. If you want the best experience out of the singleplayer I would recommend going guns blazing because the stealth is just to easy and a bit repetitive.

Some of Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

Would you believe that I let this sit in my Steam library for over two years before I played it? Should have launched it far sooner, I'm hooked now. ^_^
