The Ultimate Game Screenshot Thread [IMAGE HEAVY WARNING]

I agree with you for 100% man! I only just realised I was going the wrong way all along, so that explains why those skeletons kept killing me

What I'm mostly doing right now is running through a certain part of the first area, keep gettings souls until I have enough to level up, run all the way back or use a homeward bone, level up and repeat the process. At one point I'm going to have to continue without skipping though, because grinding obviously isn't as much fun as playing through the game (although I'm really enjoying it so far!)

I've played around 15 hours and a lot of that was grinding to level up. I defeated a couple of the main bosses, but I haven't gotten around to playing it again. I did enjoy those 15 hours, so I may fire it up this weekend.

One of my friends was saying there's a way you can invite other players to fight alongside you (I think they have to be at a similar level to you) to make the boss fights a little easier. Have you tried that yet?

Played some BioShock Infinite to check performance on my laptop, and it actually manages quite well! Works fine om medium preset whilst recording, and probably high without recording.

Not bad for medium, I'd say!

Far Cr 4 maxed out at 1920x1080. Some guy just ziplined towards me, shot him and he fell through the roof I was on. Felt so damn good!

^^ Good lord that game is pretty man... Love the 11th picture (2014-12-28_00011.jpg (11 of 16))

So, I just played some Dark Souls, and I encountered my first real boss..

He immediately proved to be a bit of a challenge, but I almost beat him at the first try..

On the second try, I didn't have as much estus flasks (1 opposed to 3 the first try), so things were looking ugly for me...

However...

HE THREW HIMSELF OFF OF THE F*CKING BRIDGE.

Victory achieved indeed!

But then the Hellkit Dragon appeared and almost killed me with its flames.

What you experience in just 60 minutes of Dark Souls

It really is gorgeous, I wish I recorded a few bits. Ran out of ammo and with my last throwing knife hit a guy running to steal his ammo...in the face! Thats him dead in pic 10 with the blade sticking out. :D

Same thing happened to me. I got close to legitimately beating him/her, but he/she committed suicide before I could pull it off.

For real? Damn, it's a shame really.. I'm not really bothered by it, but if you want a perfect playthrough I can see people starting all over again just because of this. I also heard the Hellkite Dragon has a bug where it can be one shot killed with an arrow. I hope they're going to fix that. This game is supposed to make me cry in a corner

If this is about the dragon that breathes fire across the bridge, you can cut off it's tail by shooting ~100 arrows from the platform below, at the tail. This will give you a decent sword called the drake-something sword... hits for about 200 base damage without upgrades. I think it's the first greatsword you can get :)

EDIT : In fact, I think every dragon you come across can have it's tail cut off, all giving rewards :)

Now I wish I hadn't picked the warrior class... :( Oh well

Also, I've been playing a lot of Dishonored lately, I absolutely love it. It's my favourite game I'm playing right now!

I haven't made a lot of screenshots, because I always forget to do so

I made these though:

I was actually disappointed with the graphics of dishonoured. I remember in the trailers it looked amazing and realistic, then I played it and it had a badly-done borderlands cartoony style that I felt didn't match the game at all.

Have to agree with you there, If it had the graphics of say Thief fro example, Now that would of sold the game instantly for me, As it happens I ended up waiting for it to go on sale only a few weeks ago, Mainly due to the cartoony nature.

I know games aren't all about the graphics but if I'm paying a lot for a game I want it to both look good and play well not just play well.

Dishonored's graphics aren't good indeed, but it's the gameplay that does it for me. I love stealth games, but this one seems to be the only one I'm decent at (or it's the switch from PS3-controller to mouse and keyboard. PC seems to be a lot better for stealth-games). I absolutely love the way this game plays and combines stealth with an intriguing story and very fun magic powers. I hope they decide to make a sequel!

If they do make a sequel I hope they up the graphics just a little bit, Some extra tessellation wouldn't hurt ^_^
