Despite very much enjoying Wolf of Wall Street, American Hustle, Elysium, Bad Grandpa, Alpha Papa, Ted, Anchorman 2, Skyfall, Hunger Games, Avengers, Fast 6, Pain and Gain..... my absolute favourite film of the last couple of years has been Lawless. Perhaps not super popular or even that well reviewed but the story, the locations, the music, the vehicles, the fights and just the feeling portrayed of that era in America I absolutely love it. Worth a watch but it's got to be in 1080p!

Just watched Despicable Me 1 and 2. Yes I'm late, but I found myself a new guilty pleasure. I loved it

what a rubbish movie, 96/100 metascore, 8.2 IMDB, are you kidding me.
the amount of logical loopholes was ridiculous, an insult to science really.
the only reason for those ratings i can think off is that all of the voters are a bunch of republicans believing in creationism being glad that the movie scares people away from science.
2/10, 2 points because it was at parts pretty funny, not intentionally of course.

I didn't find it very good either and I don't understand what all they hype was about.
In my opinion it wasn't a bad film, but it wasn't a great one either. It was just average with nothing special about it.

Just looked up Alice Eve this afternoon after posting her in the fap thread to see if she was in anything new, saw a film called Cold Comes the Night released last year so just gave it a watch. Not bad actually, I like watching the ones that stay hidden from the cinema, adverts etc. you don't see none of it so its more enjoyable.
I liked her film ATM as well, although you can't find it anywhere so that had to be a download.

Has anyone here seen Guardians of the Galaxy yet? As of this moment it has a 9/10 rating on Imdb and a 92% "Fresh" rating on Rottentomatoes.

saw it lastnight it's brilliant. Much better than i was expecting, a lot more comedy than you'd expect but not shitty michael bay esque slapstick bullshit. It's actually funny
