The hidden work area

This is my work area. Small but I can close the doors to hide away the PC. Originally the PC sat where the monitor is now but I preferred it below. So a few modifications to the back panel of the cabinet and it works.

That sure is nifty. I can't tell from this perspective, but how big is that? Can you sit down in an actual chair and be at eye-level with the monitor?

Upon second-checks it looks like you can, but it still looks a little bit low the the ground!

Yes I can.

I can even reach the keyboard comfortably without strain. The cabinet is approx. 5' 10" tall.

The item covered by a black plastic is my printer which is on rails so I can pull it out, fill the paper and slide it back in.

The keyboard/mouse/Monitor area gives me also enough room for other things, like charging my smart phone and such.

Sitting in the chair, my waist is just below the keyboard area as you can see in the picture. Not easy to take a picture with a smart phone while sitting down mind you
