Well if it's ok with you Guv I have an OC3D logo ready to print off and there's a T-Shirt printing shop around the corner, Only costs a fiver, Just thought I'd ask beforehand, Copyrights etc.... ^_^

Was thinking about something like this on a v-neck or standard t-shirt, Haven't got the font right though, Might also make a red version and a white version -

just had in idea, how about a set of 3 coffee mugs, small one for rush kit videos, medium one for 20 to 30 minutes videos and a massive (1.5L) for 1 hour+ videos lol

I think there is two sides to this story for someone who just who's taking it to court to sort out a dispute. it would of been better for his case not to post a video like this it just make you look bad as for You Tubers getting sponsorship well they have to eat as well why should it matter I take most of what I see on YouTube with a pinch of salt anyway

I will be retiring the overclock3d name soon. the domain will still work but we will be moving to oc3d only - mainly because I own pretty much every important domain for that one and 4 figure web addy's are cool

This is a really disappointing thing to learn about.

His videos in my opinion are sub par compared to other mainstream tech Youtubers but of course everyone is at a different level which is 100% fine. His videos were still a good watch for the most part (not worth a sub in my opinion though, don't worry TTL you defo are ). So, he defonetly should have known the value of his business and more importantly his audience as without them he has no business. Even if he were to look at it from a financial stand point not being a douche = more $.

I know I should do research before I even make a post like this but it certainly looks very true from this thread alone and especially that video didn't help defend his case.

What you're saying is 100% true, I'm curios to how the OP asked the question (i.e. was he a dick quite simply) and so on. The legitimacy of the OP isn't all that but the comments in this thread is what I'm mostly basing my uneducated (in this case) opinion on.

I'm thinking that TTL wouldn't claim Elrick has been caught acting like this if he hadn't be. In my opinion that video is totally off (I'd elaborate but I can't be bothered watching the video again, after he said he was still making videos while he was in hospital for getting his foot cut off my brain just said no) but maybe I'm overly judging him, he could have just been desperate to not loose all he's worked for which is a reasonable conclusion.

It does seem very odd for a fully grown man would make statements like that though, I wouldn't be too surprised if I saw a young teen say something like that but a fully grown man..

This is just my opinion though (idk if I've stated that enough xD) and it's probably much better to not make an opinion on the matter until more evidence comes out.

I doubt Elric would do that as yeah sure he is outspoken and that's what I like about his channel he doesn't really hold anything back and I like that but I really can't see him sending these 2 messages saying all this.

I've been subbed to his channel and the 1st channel too, For years now and just, Just no, Can't see it myself.

Just had a conversation with Mr Phares after sending him both of those pictures and asking about them and I can confirm that yes this was sent from the TOT Youtube account but not by him, It was a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for this type of behavior which gave TOT a bad name.

He also stated he would never ever call someone a "Fag" considering some of his immediate family are gay, He said himself he cannot tolerate homophobia and the language used in this is just wrong and should never be said, His exact words.

Hope this clears it up for everyone.
