Super Talent 2000MHz DDR3 2x 1GB kit

I have bought this kit and everything seemed fine. However now that i'm getting more free time im using my computer more and therefore heat is building more. I am getting random BSODs, freezes and even complete crashes with this stuff in. With my old 1333MHz stuff its fine so I know it is the RAM. The 3DM06 score goes down by 100 when using the new RAM and its on the same timings so should be faster in all tests.

Should I RMA the RAM because it is faulty?

Oh noes, not 100 points....

Burn a memtest disk and run that for a few loops. See if it picks anything up.

Is the ram "SLI Certified". If so, go into the BIOS on the Striker II and set the "SLI Ready..." option to enabled. Should optimally config the kit for ya.
