Stock and Stress TEMPS at Stock Speed

Hello all
Im wondering what people are getting for Stock Temps on this CPU
AND what temps are you getting when stressing it
well what I did was a stress test with everything on Stock even the cooler
anyways can some one tell me if these temps are ok they don't seem right to me
I was also told that I have to look at the cpu temps under Temperatures
not under AMD FX-6300
PLZ someone shed some light on this
Thanks Roger

I know the temps are going to go up when I stress it

Lol, mine is +26 on idle and -8 on load.
Good thing I've just ordered a new heatsink xD

Would love if overdrive had an ''absolute'' temperature reading, but I understand that that's not how the temperature sensor in the CPU works :)

For the record, the stock cooler is crap. You'll have crap temperatures from it if you overclock. These temperatures seem pretty normal to me.

FYI:
Thermal Margin indicates how far the current operating temperature is below the
maximum operating temperature of the processor (AMD's explanation of it). The max temperature of the FX socket is 62c. So basically your idle temperatures are 14c (more like 14ishc+ambient, so presumably 30c) and your load temperature is around 55c (no need to worry about ambient), which is pretty normal. Its more accurate under load then idle in my experience.

ok but as it is, its ok with Stock HSF , this is what I was asking , but I will be getting Swiftech H240-X when I get the funds up

thanks for taken your time with me and Explaining it to me

Very greatful

No problem :)

The temperatures are fine.

If you get something like a dark rock 3 by bequiet you should be able to overclock to 4.5 easily and keep the temperatures acceptably low
