Speakers

Vomit

Hey guys Im really bored with my normal pc speakers and im interested in getting some 2.1s. Thing is i don't have a clue which to buy, was wondering if you guys could give some advice. Though i am on a budget id prefer it if it was around £30, guess i could stretch up a bit but would i be able to get some half decent sound for that price?

Hrmmm... I just swapped out my Klipsch ProMedia GMX-A 2.1's for my new Logi Z-5500's and those Klipsch's were off the chain.

The satellites have to be some of the best sounding speakers on the market if not the best in the 2.1 catagory. The subwoofer is decently sized and produces a lot of good deep bass. Enough to rattle the pictures off the wall, need I say more? hehe.

Though I don't think they can be had for what ur looking to spend. If you can stretch a bit more I think they're the best bet in 2.1 channel PC audio systems.

Hmm so are there any cheaper 2.1s worth buying or am i doomed to spend more money than I want to? =P

A bit closer to your price range you might check out the Logitech Z-3 setup, it's got a lot of great comments.

Thanks guys. Nice to hear that everyone is pretty much saying those! Im a fan of logitech, the stuff i buy from them seems to last forever. Ill probally go with the 230's unless I manage to get some more cash by the time i go spending!

Okok i gave in, im going for Z3e's. Do you guys know any online store thats cheap and has stock? the silver, woodgrain(or black), tho id prefer the silver or black even! =P

They're ok, the odd wrong or delayed delivery but no more than anyone else and they always put it right often with superior items :D

If you want my opinion I bought the Bose Companion 3 speakers all I have to say is WOW! Although they are pricey they sound from these speakers is unbelieveable, enought so you can hear it throughout most of the house while keeping a decent amount of base.

would a cable that goes into your hifi's aux socket/s then into your pc/sc

work for you?

i use my hifi's speakers and its great if your able to do it:)

2 speakers&1 sub=450w of pwnage sound:D
