What does anyone think about them, i know there not to everyone's taste, but i personally think there brilliant!

Would be nice to here what the peeps from the US think, if they've ever heard of them

I don't like them that much,

There is a lot more worse stuff out there that people class as music

If snowpatrol came on the radio, I wouldn't rush to turn them off or cringe (as I do with most 'pop' music)

I think they're just one of those light hearted pop bands tbh, altho they go into the category of having a few good songs and the rest is a bit rubbish tbh.

Have to give them some credit tho, as at least they play music and instruments etc

the amount of times they say sometghing about "laying down" is hilarious

all their lead guiarist does is play backup chords

and to anybody who can read tab....im not sure how somebody can get a number 1 hit with something this pathetic..

but then again, who says it has to be an interesting or challenging riff to be a enjoyable listen.

Take a look at how simple some of faithless's riffs are. yet how good they sound. Why does a song have to be difficult to play just to sound good, it doesnt!

O and the "lay here" bit is in the chorus, as im sure you know they tend to get repeated in songs.

i know what your saying and i agree with you. but im not going to listen to a song because its simple and isnt as technical as other songs/bands. thats just stupid!
