Firstly if you are not comfortable doing it then don't.
But you can use an all-in-one flash program called SLI flash it should flash both cards at the same time automaticially (but sometimes doesn't). I always flash both cards together then flash remove the top card and flash again to be sure. Don't worry u can flash the old BIOS back using the backed up BIOS on the floppy disk. OR find the original BIOS at www.mvktech.net
You unzip the program to a floppy then copy the BIOS to flash in the root directory, the program backs up your old BIOS in the folder named 'BACK-UP on the disk, which you can copy into the root directory to flash back if needed. Only put one BIOS to flash in the root directory at any time to avoid confusion/errors so if you put one in move or delete the prvious one, keep a file on your comuter called VGA BIOS and stroe them there.
If you fancy a play with clocks and stuff then there is a program called NIBITOR that is quick and easy to use and allows you to easily edit your saved BIOS's works for all sorts of settings quickly and easily.
