Silverstone AP181 Trouble

Just bought a Silverstone TJ08-E and have had my case about two weeks now. Every thing is running fine apart from the front fan which is supposed to have a high and low setting via the fan speed switch. For some reason, mine has an on and off setting, which could be something i have missed or could be a fault with the hardware. Any help you guy can give would be much appreciated.

Just looked on Silverstone's web site, the AP181 has a start voltage of 10.8volts for 700rpm. Thats probably why your high low switch is acting like an on off.
Do you have any other fans conected to it, and do they change speed or stop ?
If other fans work with it, just go 12 volt on AP181.
If its to loud at 12volts thats another matter.
