Show us your RIG!

Shouldn't I watch out for bright alleys?

JR

I only reflect light if there is any.

I'm paler than my rig.

Those rigs look immense JR !

I'd love to get a Parvum case but it would be wasted on me due to not doing proper watercooling and only having 1 x GPU ^_^

When I can find a ITX mobo I like the layout of, its going Z170 - this current system is a result of me getting fed up of lack of cooler compatibility on the Asrock ITX X99.

Surely an EK Predator with one of these would make a far more elegant solution that switching to Skylake if you have the X99 kit ready to go.

Probably, but I stick to AIO's now after having had a self built loop leak because of a pump failure and trash £4000 of computer a few years ago. Whilst there is an AIO supported (Coolermaster *Shudder*), i've had that particular model fail after a few months 3 times over in another PC before I swapped to another brand in that.

For a real nice look you could always take the tops off the dom plats and paint them matte black, Would look sick, Maybe even mod the transparent plastic to be red.

I've considered that Dice, but my painting skills or the lack of ......... hold me back, I wouldn't wanna mess it up and have to buy another 2 sets lol but If I did look into it more..... what paint etc would I need? And would the be other steps to consider to get the best finish?

As for the lights I like them white lol

Same specs since last, only changed the case and gave it some lightening to hide the misc weird combination of colors.

This case is beautiful! Not a gaming pc, but the most beautiful case on the forum without a doubt!

Honestly it's so easy to do you'll be amazed ^_^

Remove tops.

Sand down with a fine grit sand paper to give the paint something to stick to.

Wash in hot water with some soap to remove any oils from fingers etc...

Get some black engine enamel and put the dom plat tops onto something elevated so you can paint all sides without touching them.

Leave them to dry for around 4 hours.

Put them in the over on a medium heat held up on another piece of metal for around 60 minutes to "bake" them.

Done.

It's exactly how I did my 780 Ti mod -

Thanks mate, but what do you mean by "Not a gaming pc"?
There's nothing special about the side panel, it's the stock glass-bead blasted aluminium panel with an Apple logo on it.

Still one of my fave builds on here.

Why is that?... What is it that makes that build so special in your eyes? :)
Its because it uses very little plastic and I've always loved the G5's case design. Its a bit different compared to the normal Corsair and ROG build too and thats always a plus in my book. I've been following several builds using these cases and this is by far one of the better conversions I've seen too.

I've always had a thing for those mac cases (I even own one!) too. I really should do something with mine but I'm far too fussy to get it the way I would want it to be.
