Should I flash my bios?

I've just recieved the gigabyte Z68Xp-UD3p and I'm unsure whether to flash the bios now or flash it if needed once ivy bridge comes out? Is flashing to the most recent version neccessary?

only flash it if there are problems with the one you are using

if it aint broke - dont try to fix it
