hmm that's a sad news but 3ghz is already a good OC for 24/7 use, but still the ones i know that have a "barrier" can't pass from 3,2 so you still have 200mhz to try if you want, also try to dont touch the voltages if possible (like doing the 3,0Ghz) the cpu will live longer, and of course run cooler. like the other users said, dont pass the line of 1,45 volts.
also im using this cpu for a long time already and it was ever at 3.0, when i bought it until today hehe, for me 3.0ghz is already good until no WC
