Okay, now you all can target me.
These are probably 4 or 5 years old. The empty lot had a house. The people were slobs, they lost the house to the bank, the neighbor on the other side of the lot bought the house and had it torn down. The place was so bug infested guys the bank hired came running out screaming when they found a gazillion roaches in the fridge. They took out 4 huge dumpsters of trash. The neighbor and I joked she had the most expensive lot of that size in Niles...50' x 150'. After buying the house from the bank, tearing it down, putting in irrigation and seeding, she spent $40,000 USD. A lot like that in my neighborhood back then would go for $10,000 or less. She said it was worth it.

Shot from the west. Bedroom side of the house. Still see one of the koi ponds in the upper right corner of the yard. That has been gone 3.5 years.
From the east. I know it is older since the EX's car is in the driveway next to the house. She left August 1st 2010.

Shot of the whole block. Good area. I'm to the right of the empty lot. The bottom left corner of my lot is a big weeping cherry tree, no pond in the pic, so a newer view than the other shots. Maybe a year old.
