Out of those 2 or out of all 1366 motherboards?

Out of those 2 I'd go for the Sabertooth. But if you want the best, look at the Rampage III Extreme, or even more extreme: EVGA SR-2 xD

it is so hard to pick. Saber or the UD7. I heard gigabyte has come a long way for their mobos

If he wants to use multiple GPUs then the UD7 would make more sense. Otherwise the Sabertooth seems solid in everything, unless you're bothered that the LAN is capped around 750Mb/s but I doubt many would be bothered about that. All the research I've done says the Sabertooth it great! Just with dual GPUs as there is a tight squeeze with both cards, the top one will get relatively hot. I really like the sabertooth and after reading about an issue with the Gigabyte UD3R when using an SSD and HDDs in RAID it made my decision.

. At the prices I see after the price rise on the GTX 580 I'd find it highly odd anyone going dual 580 when dual 570 is so much cheaper and offers so so much. Single card the 580 is awesome, dual card I dunno how you justify the price now unless money is a non-issue.
