Retirement

So after almost exactly 2 years of (24/7) folding on one of my 470s and about 1.5 years on the other 470, they have now entered retirement. They went to a good home, but will no longer be folding. I borrowed a friend's 460 until I get a new card so my PPD has dropped a little.

Bring on the GTX680.

Damn those 470's did well! I really want to pick up a Kepler GPU too in the future, AMD GPU's are garbage for folding so i'm only folding on my CPU at the moment.

I wanted to sell them before they lost too much value. I want to watercool my GPU and felt buying two 470 blocks with their age wasn't worth it. Ended up getting $300 for the pair, so that will go towards my next card.

Those leaked Tom's Hardware benchmarks are looking niiiice. If true, the GTX680 is going to be one stellar card. We find out tomorrow! Really looking forward to OC3D's review. Then it's on to Newegg to try my luck.
