Rendered With Audio Muted... Any Fixes?

Well guys... I rendered a whole batch of videos at once in Sony Vegas HD Platinum 11... And it was only after I deleted the raw files and emptied the recycle bin that I realized the audio is muted on all of them. It took me a while to realize what I did. I muted the audio track on each video before rendering....

Is the audio still in the code somewhere, just set to volume 0? Is there ANY way to get the audio back?

(I've tried to recover the raw files, but some are over-written and some are just GONE.)

No, it will be blank, even if audio was enabled in the render but muted in the mixer, it'll still be absent as you will have a zero bit audio track.

Cock ups like this happen a lot where I work. Unless you still have the raw footage or can get a fresh copy from another source, it's impossible to fix.
