I was helping my friend the other day fix her PC through Windows Live with Remote Assistance feature, everything was connected ok and working.
Same situation but other friend but a slightly different version of Remote Assistance opened up this time and it says connecting then at dissconnects and tells me that it must have been closed by the other person but they say they are not closing it.
Any ideas?
Both using Vista and Windows Live Messenger
