Reccomend me a web host?

hey, I want a small website so I can just put information about me on there, what I do, my projects etc. so can anyone recommend me a decent Web Hosting service? I've used 1&1 before, but they just seem....crap. junk mail, strange payment plans, so i just canceled with them.

If not then "freewebs" is a good place.

If it is for something small maybe Jim will let you host on this OC3D server.
