Any1 else think w8ing for RMA stuff is like pulling teeth ?

It`s almost, maybe worse, than ordering stuff that doesn`t arriving within days the shipment was promised. ---- THEN some rs-hole puts a card through your door...

Atleast I`m only w8ing for it to be sent back to me now.

RMA waiting does suck hard.. Its worse if you don't have a decent comp without that part too. When my old mobo died and I sent it for RMA I had to use the computer in the hallway very uncomfortable and slow.

.. and you see the delivery guy throwing the parcels out the rear door of his van, hoping none of them is your parcel .. .. then you receive a box that`s busted on the corners and poorly packaged (well just in a bag), to which you send an email straight to Scan about it ..

1st - poor effort on the rant (that ought to rile you up a bit )

2nd - agreed. My rma x2 replacement came abused. The box was in a plastic bag and the corners were pretty mashed! Lucky for me saphire did some decent packaging as standard.
