It is a good piece and I play it on the piano, I was doing 2 things at once and pasted the wrong thing!
I see the Noctua NF-P12 is very quiet.
I won't be doing any extreme overclocking so thanks soapsupah that looks great so I'll get one of them wether I use water cooling or not.
So looking at what moogle said I think that for the compromise between noise and overclocking, I would be happier with low noise and slightly less overclocking - I just don't want to waste this CPU.
So, taking moogle's advice
I like the idea of watercooling, but only high end systems would be quiet, and then I might have to use external mounting, and end up costing loads more - and might not even be able to overclock that much.
Now that I am probably going to get air cooling - are they any silent but effective fans?

and the information you have given me in the last few posts, maybe it would be a good idea to get some decent air cooling fans.Like above, either get a decent watercooling setup or just get some good aircooling.
