Quick help needed!!

Gigabyte p35 ds3r wont boot past the splash screen.

Came back from uni and booted and it just sat there. Can't TAB to post or DEL to get into BIOS.

I need to do some uni work!!!! Someone help me!!!

Is there a "force failsafe" type option to reset the bios to standard settings?

Some motherboards have a reset jumper, do you know whether yours does?

I believe you should unplug the power cable, press the on button to discharge all stored power on the board. Unplug the bios battery and wait 10 mins. Replace the battery, plug in power and start it up again.

have done all that

now it's not even turning on... well, it does. then it goes off. and on. etc etc.

powers up for an instant, fans spin, then it just cycles, not even getting to post screen.

sending back for rma. 2nd one now.
