Questions about bitfenix alchemy

Hi, I have a few question about the Bitfenix alchemy braided cables, and I didn't want to spam TTL's wall with a question he might have to answer again in a little while, so I went to the forums for help

First off I was wondering if its even remotely possible to get a sleeve like the Bitfenix if you were to do it yourself? The reason why I'm asking this question is that I really like how they look, but I want to customize the colours a little.

Second I was wondering how much space would be needed behind the motherboard? I feel it's quite hard sometimes to get the back panel on my CM690II if the 24pin and a 6/8pin is crossing, in my mind I cant see how to pull it threw with even more cables and those big plastic parts for the extensions.

Third and last, I was just wondering about what OC3D thinks about the Bitfenix alchemy braided cables vs the other nylon braided cables?

A link for those who don't know what I'm talking about

The bitfenix cables are extremely thin but they are quite long so it can be a bit of a mission to get them all sorted

you can do a similiar job yourself but it will take you a while and you will have to buy some tools

the bitfenix cables are better than the phobya and NZXT ones imho a dude on ebay called modpc uk sells some decent ones aswell and i think they are the only other cables worth bothering witg

Any idea how to sleeve them without using/showing the heat-shrinks? I have never seen a guide on it before.

And just to be clear, I have tried to sleeve with nylon, the end result was far better then the standard, but I just fell in love with the cloth braiding after watching TTL.

cloth braiding = paracord

for the no heat shrink you have to pull the sleeve over the connector and get a soldering iron and melt a bit so it wraps around the connector

Damn, soldering have never been my strong side. Guess I have to start practising it if I want my dream to come true

You don't happen to know what temperature I have to get the best connection between the paracord and the connector?

One more thing I have tried to wrap my head around when it comes to my AX750 is the cables. When I did a nylon sleeving on the 6+2pin PCI-E connector I felt like the wires were not connected in a optimal way.

I know there are some +0V and +12V connectors, but I have no idea how the setup out from the PSU is and into graphics card.

Does anyone know where to find a spreadsheet on the AX750/850 telling where there is a +12V out and a +0V?

I can try to and take some pictures off it, and show you what I mean.

OK, finally had the time to take the photos and send them to my PC.

The two first pictures is from the 4+4pin cpu power, you stick into the AX750.

The third and forth pictures is the 4+4pin cpu power, that you plug into the motherboard.

The fifth and sixth pictures is part of a 6+2pin PCI-E power connector.

I was wondering was, can I change the cables on the two first pictures, so all the white comes on one side, and all the black comes on one side?

Tried to show how it looks like now, and why I want to change it on the fifth and sixth picture. The top 3 wires on the sixth picture is the same top 3 wires on the fifth picture. As you can see, the wires twist around each other so it doesn't look as nice as I want to.

Well yes, that's the reason why I wanted to know if anyone had a picture or something off the set up put from the AX750/850, so I could just follow it and get a nice and tidy look.
