Q Code 95 Help

hey guys im trying to re overclock my processor since i had to send it back to intel and i received my new processor today and every time i try to clock it i keep getting error 95 (PCI Bus Request Resources) and im stuck on what to do to fix it i never had this problem with my first processor and im finding it rather strange

i have even flashed my bios back and fourth cleared cmos god knows how many times resat my processor cleaned pcie slots

any help would be great

yep 8 pin is secure i have re plugged all connections and double and triple checked them including sata cables power cable to gpu 24 and 8 pin for the board

What are the full rig specs, what are you trying to change in the BIOS etc.

Does this happen on any OC or is it when you get to a certain level?

i have added a zip with a word pad RTF (rich text) document in it with my oc settings i am trying which also worked before hand

Everything is perfectly fine at stock but once i even start to clock i get this QCode

Wraith when i clock my cpu and i get QCode 95 the led by the 24 pin is VGA_LED but i dont understand how when its set to stock it no VGA_LED light pops on

this is what im trying to change in the bios

from stock to these settings

ai overclock tuner to XMP

XMP to the profile
CPU strap to 125
BCLK to 125
Sync all cores to 36
Dram Frequency to 3000mhz
Cpu core voltage to 1.260v
system agent voltage to 1.15v
dram voltage cha, chb to 1.35v left side
dram voltage chc, chd to 1.35v right side

did you ever fix this? my 2 year old pc has died with this code 95, asus pro usb 3.1 and 5820k. so far ive replaced the psu and swaped the motherboard for a rampage v extreme, same damm 95 code!!! tommrow im fitting a brand new 5820k, should i get code 95 after this, im taking the pc out side and smashing the holy hell out of it, i will then proceed to build a new pc from scratch, im sick to death of this code, ive lost my gaming machine because of this!

well well well, it was my cpu the 5820k that had died, new one installed and it now fully works, amazon are taking my 2 year old cpu back and have agreed to refund in full (amazing) and motherboard, cant fault amazon for there service, my pc is now working once again and i am not out of pocket with a brand new 5820k
