Wow, everythings looking great so far, i wouldnt dare to take on a project as big as this. Go you! 
, also you know you'll never see another one like it unless you make one cos it's a one-off custom edition, which is pretty cool.I finished of the mock-up res today..:
Then filled 'er up with some Acid Green!
(the liquid around the base is from my attempt to pour

Conclusion: On the real one, I'll need 3 or 4 bolts per side to apply the pressure evenly across the total res. A small amount of Acrylic cement to the outside prevents any seepage between the layers.
I also found I needed to give the acrylic a really good run over with some Meths to get it really clean so no water could get out.
So, now all I need a PSU to sleeve for the next week or so
Also, can a mod please change the thread name to Watery with a Y?

Righty-ho, res time folks.
Here is the final 1:1 CAD design ready for cutting tommorrow morning.
As I hoped to describe via. the images, the little line 'thingy' is to underline the sponsors, and 'cos I felt like doing it and being different. The 3x10.8mm holes are for tapping to G1/4" threads, the two lower ones are plumbed into the loop, with the top one for bleeding and filling. The 8mm holes around the outside are for some titanium bolts I came across, 8 of the holes will hold the res together and connect to the case aswell, while the remaining 8 will be just holding the res together...
As at the top, I'm hoping to cut all the acrylic tommorrow

My Sleeving of choice is AC Ryan's UV Green sleeving in various sizes. As for sleeving, I'll be doing it MurderBox style, so sleeving every cable individually with the 3mm.
These are the other current parts to be sleeved.
Various bits of heatshrink and sleeving.
I've also got some new Feser 1/2" G1/4" Compression fittings comming in the next week or so from Mario @ TFC. These fittings will fit in brilliantly with the theme of the mod too
