Once you have made some good progress on your build, contact the sponsors again

. I'm sure you'll get at least one sponsor.

Why would you strip down the alchemy cables?

I was goin to but i cant seem to find anyhere that does all the things i need to do that. But thi way at the very least i know that the wires are capable of taking the current. Every time i went to order the various types of pins they would be out of stock which peeved me off to High hrothgar

it may be pointless, yes i know the ram wont get that hot. but by goodness the combination of nickel acrylic and mayhems dyes is a visual treat and every day i will use this computer and see the water looping through the block and think. holy balls this is cool as flip

whoever said applying thermal compound and installing waterblocks is easy either is a douche or does it all day everyday. used half about 12 carats of ic diamond trying to get the cpu and mobo block fitted without toomuch bursting out the side. i hate my life. on the other hand ive got the blocks installed. msi gtx560ti 2gb is in transit. gonna see if my mum will loan me a few quid to get the all the ram ordered up tomorrow. when i get my iphone charged ill take a few pictures and upload them as an edit to this post. also the alphacool d5 acrylic tops look AMAZING when assembled. im going to need to get a butt load of compression fittings and fluids. i will prob get it up and running outside the desk cos i havent started cutting anything as i have not had the time

tubing arrived

3l of mayhems blue raspberry pastel arrived

16gb corsair dominator gt 2133 arrived (mum says she will buy me the other 16gb, im the firstborn which means im the whipping boy so i get to do all the crap they dont want to. but it has its perks lol)

the only thing i ordered from scan

error in the stock system i ordered 16 ek compression fittings that they didnt have that the site said they did so now i have to wait for them to send out alternatives ffs. i could have had the thing up and running TODAY outside the case on the mobo tray. im so freaking peeved off. on the otherhand. the ram is beautiful, and very heavy. the heatsink doesnt half add some beef to the unit the fins on the top though seem a little skee whiff but im not bothered as im whipping it off anyway for my blocks. when i get home from work i might do some cutting later

so i did this tonight. i was thoroughly impressed by how magnificicent it looks and anyone that say that its retarded or pointless needs to just look at it and look a little longer and you will realise how bad ass this thing is going to be when its piped up and mayhems running through it. im still waiting for mum to order me the second set of ram sticks. doing this enabled me to see that i was going to need to change how i was piping it so i had to order some new 45o rotary fittings as the 90o ones would made the tubes kink so a blend of the 90, 45 and extenders should work perfectly. im trying to have this build with as few curved sections as possible. it wouldnt be possibly to remove all curved sections without a mahoosive budget on fittings alone. them amount of money i have spent on watercooling equipment alone a person could build a respectable gaming rig so. you get my point i know im building a extreme rig but there is a point where you have to say. alright i can do without that that and that and it wont be taking away from it. like if i had the money that scan had when they where doing the big desky thing i would do it well differently but i dont so im ok very happy with my massive investment and cant wait to get some gk110s in sli and covered in gigabyte orange pastel.

cheers guys for following my thread and giving me your feedback i appreciate it greatly. i may try and do some things tomorrow after church and get some more pictures up.
