Problem with XSPC RASA 750 RS360 pump noise

Hi i just bought the XSPC RASA 750 RS360 from specialtech and when i started doing the leaktest i noticed that the pump made this loud annoying noise. Sort of like a bzzzz. It moves the water and all and i have tried to get all the air out and hold it in different angles but nothing helps. I am a bit reluctant to sending it back for a new once since i live in Sweden. Have anyone else had the same problem and/or do you know a solution to it other than buying a new one?

Thanks in advance.

I am afraid this is a sealed unit.

please contact XSPC or special tech please

Argh dam it. Guess im one of the unlucky ones then. I will send them a ticket. Just bumms me out when it's such a far distance to send it. 28 pounds for each trip. Thanks for your answer anyways

By the way if i need to send it back what should i clean it out with? Im using Primochill PURE Performance Coolant 32oz : UV Red.

personally if its the one that's just Purely Distilled then nothing or if its clear, then its fine after a quick dry

Don't make it more stressful then it already is

My coolant is bright red. Think i should let it run during the night and see if the noise goes away?

How it go?. still noisy

Yeah it still makes the same noise. Also i got a response from specialtech for the RMA. I dont know if i should sent it though since im scared of getting another pump with the same problem since it seems all other posts with this problem i have seen are in the same timeframe. Then i would just be wasting more money and time.

Also it said i could choose replacement or refund but if i want a refund will they be able to do a refund on just the pump combo?

Its really up to you if you want a refund on the actual pump/res combo or a new unit, go for a new unit:)

I contacted XSPC directly, still waiting for an answer. I saw that they sent a new unit before the user needed to send theirs back. Atleast that's what I read from some other posts som im gonna give it a try.
