Photoshop Problem/Challenge

Hey guys, I have a small problem with photoshop.

I have a screen shot of a photo that I took from a video that was playing online. There is some tiny text in this picture, and I am trying to enhance the text. Problem is, zooming in only pixelates it which renders rasterizing and sharpening useless. Anyone wanna guide me in the right direction, or even take a swing at it?

zooming in does not "pixelate" it. online videos are digital not analogue. a HD video is made up of pixels. zooming in will only make those pixels into largers squares of colour.

the text you speak was probably overlayed on the original video using software rather than matte-ing. any software you use will not made the image better

put the image up or give us a link to a storage site where you have it so we can play with it. Are you trying to find out what it says or do you want it to look clear for others to see?

He PM'd me the pic and there is nothing that can be done with it, i'll send it yo if you want but I tried everything in camera raw and PS and nothing I did cleared the text up and zooming in just by a little pixelates it even more.

so he just wanted to figure out what the text was that he could not read im guessing. Maybe there is other ways to find the text, such as giving us a link to or name of the video he was looking at and at what part of the video he saw the text, we might be able to find it online.

He told me he needed to see the serial number off a copy of SC2 someone was holding in the vid to check if it was legit, but the picture did not have enough detail to do anything with. I did have the pic on my PC but I must have deleted because I can't find it and the link to the pic he uploaded isn't working so unless he comes back online we can't get the pic.
