I had the x800xt, luckily for me it went bang & I got my money back & bought an ultra..

Ive had ati's since the week the 9700 pro was released in the US, Im glad ive got an ultra this time, gaming is amazing with it..

I play mainly openGL games & the performance is excellent, great IQ, NV software is extremely good & fps to die for...

if ATI improve openGL like they say they will & it turns out to be the better card I would change back, no fanboy **** here, I just buy the best thats out..

benchmarking, Im not sure..

I ran a quick 3d03 with card & cpu at stock, seems not too bad & scores should be decent when i get round to overclocking..

orb seems full of xt scores, dont know how much that has to do with no blocks for the ultras, but I aint a benchy person, Im a games person...

yes and no. The 3dfx version called scan line interleaving is for PCI-E, but the nVidia Scalable Link Interface links two cards via a dedicated hi-speed direct digital interface and works on AGP.

1st picks to PC builders and nVidia havent decided whether to offer all cards with the connector as std - but BOTH cards MUST be the same with the nVidia, but could differ with the 3dfx version

now my decision just got harder.

first of all i have the 6800 ultra and a x800 xt.

the ultra is in the other pc for gaimng.

and the x800 xt is in tis for full out benching.

if u want to bench get a x800xt. dont matter wich there

all bloody good.

dont get that 1 on ebay its a con.

cant u tell he has sold 1.

but look @ his feedback he has bout **** loads

of dvd,s for 3 quid .

dont that say anything.

just buys dvd,s books and anything cheep.

then pretend to sell a card and say u have 19.

bang sell them all for 330.00 and do a runner.

i know this its hapend to me.
