I kind of agree with some of the people who said that red coolant would look like the whale's blood, but the black looks awesome anyway so whatever. Can't wait to see the final rig!
 
Geez you got lucky with that chip, memory and board there TTL. That oc, volts etc is very impressive.
Well done & a great tribute build. Thank you for sharing something like this with us all.

I have to admit, I've been following this build like a housewife follows soap operas! I love everything to do with this build and I can't wait for the next installment video. Simply awesome work Tom!!
 
Orca is looking pretty dam good Tom!

I will be starting a water cooled Storm Stryker build in the new year. Will be using some older components I already have. Can't afford to run out and get me the 2011 board I want so thats on hold for a while.

This project will be awesome once finished

Keep the video's coming, I love them.

I just remembered, last night I had a dream that Tom made a post on facebook saying he was really sad because he clocked orca so high that the cpu burned a hole in the motherboard. There was a picture of the processor with a huge scorch mark in it, with the caption 'it's all over :('

I have odd dreams.
 
Good to see this project coming along Its a great tribute/remembrance to your mum, i lost my dad and he was a big computer/custom enthusiast and currently getting the money together to do a pc custom modded build in his memory. keep up the good work tom.
 
Tom, I am gasping for breath as I wait to see this deep sea monster come to life. The Stryker case is an awesome choice for this Leviathan. It may be the final choice in my personal build. I did however feel perplexed in your choice, cutting and piecing together the case, for your mod. The last video showed great improvements with the addition of the fluid. I am waiting for the completion coming soon.:cool:
