Orca

I named my build White Lotus but it's not an actual flower. Should I just break it down then? :(

Excited to see the new one though Tom!

I thought an Orca (Orcinus orca) was black with some white on the belly and flukes... yours is the opposite, more like the anti-orca. :) Might be better to paint the case black and do a wavy line splitting off white on the bottom 1/4 of it...you know, like an Orca. You can even add an eye spot (the spot behind the eye of the mammal).

I understand the build has a deeper meaning and to that end, I like the name, but perhaps Beluga is a more appropriate title for this build. Or Moby Dick.

I lost my Mother several years ago, my Father 2 years ago and my Brother one year ago.
I am sorry for your loss, but be happy for their advancement. Imagine life without the risk of death or the limits of a corporeal body.

Orca as she is here is done - black and white was the theme and theres enough of both. I think you may see a little more black in the next one though :)

They have white spots too, not just the belly. If I think right the Name Orca had a deeper meaning as his mother liked orca's.

A rose by any other name... I suppose the name does not have to have anything to do with the build at all really, you can build a black computer and call it 'The Yellow Submarine' if you want to.

I did a planetary series and had nine planet names I used including 'Terra' and the builds did not look like the planet they were named for (Terra wasn't blue and Mars wasn't red), but did show the order they were built starting with Mercury and ending with Pluto even though Pluto has lost it's planetary standing.

Wow. After being a member on here for a while, watching tons of videos and hearing references to Orca, I realized I hadn't seen the original build videos. Just spent most of last evening watching them all in order. Awesome stuff, so much better than television. :) Job well done Tom! Thanks for doing those. Very entertaining, and chock full of damn good cabling advice! Especially for running banks of fans in a neat manner.

What are those little units you're using to power the lights?
