You may get a marginal overclock from the chip by increasing the FSB in your motherboards BIOS - but i doubt the board will have any kind of bus locking features, which will mean you will only be able to achieve a slight overclock from it.
If you do have the option to increase the FSB (Front Side Bus) speed in your BIOS, put it up 1mhz at a time and each time ensure you can boot into windows.
Once you have found a speed that does not allow you to go into windows, go back a couple of mhz and then perform some stress testing (like playing games) to see if your machine crashes.
