Does anyone recomnend OCZ DDR3 PC3-1600 or 2000 MHz / Flex II XLC / Dual Channel?

Not to sure about the 1600/2000 but i got 1333 and the oc to 1700 easily..so going on that i would imagine the higher 1'a will be pretty good
