Got my ram today after a week waiting finally for them to come from ireland so without any questions i had to remove the heatspreaders...apply some coolermaster ramsinks which i found soooo cheap arround £4 so i bought 4 packs
and 2x40mm delta fans which i also found cheap for £3.50 for their cooling...
i havent had any fun with them yet... tbh just a little bit...
here are some pics of the sticks
Micron chips on them...
Fitted with 2 x 40mm deltas the ramsinks are really cold to the touch...need to up the volts i guess...
I tested quickly with memtest before fitting the ramsinks on...
and the sticks passed loops of memtest @ 230 2.5 2 2 6...
thats with 3.05 which is my lowest my board can do at the mo due to the volt mods...235 gave me loads of errors They dont like messing arround with any settings other than the usual timings...on my P4C800E or the GAT settings of the abit boards as its already known...
@ 3 2 2 6 i wasnt able to get them stable at 250fsb...i need to play with them and see what they can do too with 3.35V...
