Excuse the question from a CS:S deathmatch n00b, but what is it? Is it just like HL2 deathmatch only with terrorist and ct models? Or is it something completely different?

the same as normal cs but objectives are removed and when you die you spawn again straight away.

I tell ya sommit, those headphones wont help you one bit when the server starts filling up. All you need is a can of your strongest energy drink and your mouse sensitivity set to 999.9.
