"Some1" is having a problem using one of these `inside the building`. The job`s not mine, so meh - but everytime it craps out they bring it back here and I get it running. `Bout maybe 3 times now.

Anywho, these cards do any game stuff well ? *cough*

I know they`re product cards`n`all, but with their price tag i`m figuring they must have atleast raw-power in them.

Theyre a bit crap for gaming iirc. The high price is cos they're specialist and no-one bar designers buy them.

I remember reading that there were ways of modding Geforce cards into Quadro's which is excellent considering the price difference.

Quadro has the following hardware support

- Antialiasing

- OpenGL Logic Operations

- Clip region accelleration

- Memory optimization

- Overlay

- Quad buffered stereo support

Ye they should game pretty well, though the drivers aren't as optimised as the normal ones so they don't tend to. Hardware is usually fairly similar, with some pretty sweet differences

Probably work well as a 3d gamer with lighting, I wouldn`t mind betting the timing on them is pretty loose inclusive of their `reliability` tag.

No Molex power thingies for them either - space where one could go tho.

Bet if we looked hard enough there would be a firm upgrade for them of sorts to make them more homey than professional. Noisey fan that is temp controlled - comes on from boot then switches on/off. hmmm wonder if that`s right..
