I'm wondering if this card could be done with a passive heatsink and leave the fan out all together, surely that fan isn't needed that much seen as it's not even blowing on the card, it's just exhausting the hot air out the back by the looks of it.
I'm confused as to where this is going to be coming in performance wise ... the 680 just barely beats the 580 and the 680 costs 500$ and the 580 still is around 430$ I have no clue where this is going to fit in
