Does anybody know what sort of GPU temps I should be getting watercooling my 6800 Ultra. I'm using the innovatek block (Cheers McMad for pointing me in the right direction) and i'm getting 47 C idle.

depends on the rest of your setup mate, what have you got in the loop ?

47 is a pretty good temp though from what Ive seen...

the important thing is..

how is it overclocking now ?

Phil got a sweet overclock using that block & modded bios..

mine should get done this weekend (more case mods need done  )

I've got an AC condenser as a rad :), a Hydor L30 pump and a reservoir, thats all. I havent tried overclocking the GPU yet as I had to take my whole reservoir to bits and clean all of the silicon sealent of because it started to dissolve  I was too impatient and put it in the system after 24 hrs instead of 48

Zax, excellent temps mate, very very good.

My gpu is at about 51/52 degrees idle and goes up to around 60ish under load - I've got excellent contact and am using AS5. I cant get any better than that unless I improve the watercooling loop, which I cant do due to the restraints of the PC65.

just wondering what o/c's yuor getting, i have a bfg 6800u running 450/1240 on air the max the auto detect from coolbits2.reg wont let me push past 455/1250.

idle at that clock its 50gpu/30amb pretty solidly guess room ambiants at 24C or so, have to say i am alot happier with this little offering from nvidia then there 5900ultra which i baught and swapped for an 98pro. Thinking of water cooling it but just wondering how much more i'll get out of it. I beleave the ram on refference 6800u is 600mhz, if so not getting much of a clock on it.

Hi there, temps seem a bit high to me i have a 6800gt overclocked to 470/1305 and idle temps are 43c for the GPU and 31 for the pcb but under load these go up to 51c for the gpu and 37 for the pcb, i have mine on a dule loop with dule rad doing the cpu and single rad doing the card, take a look at my pics in water cooling under supreme-flow you can see what i have done there.

have you laped in the water block on the video card heat sink, if you havent then do this as it will help a lot with the temps.
