Hello!
I was wondering if I could ask a quick question:
I just set up my first watercooling loop in my Xigmatec Elysium.
Alphacool Monsta 360x80mm Front [Push / Pull Phobya G Silent Intake]
Phobya G-Charger 360x60mm Roof [Push Phobya G Silent Exhaust]
Phobya UC-2LT CPU block
Alphacool D5 665 with Alphacool HF D5 TOP block [Pump currently running at max [5] ]
Masterkleer 1/2" ID Tubing
Mayhem Pastel Grapered Coolant
Phobya He-Grease Extreme
Now, the loop is cooling my 2500k @ 1.32V @ 4.5ghz. [I know it's too much rads, GPUs will follow once new AMD are here
]
Now, I had the pump running 2days straight for leakchecking, and got out most of the air, as it seemed.
I hear some splashing noises from the Monsta Rad, probably some air I can't get out... QQ
Now, my temps in Prime95 large ffts, after 30mins, are
Core 0 max 63°C -> Delta 39°C
Core 1 max 69°C -> Delta 45°C
Core 2 max 69°C -> Delta 45°C
Core 3 max 65°C -> Delta 41°C
Ambient 24°C at measuring these temps.
Non-OC at stock voltage I get 49-51°C / Core same run in Prime
Idle:
Ambient 25°C
30/28/28/28
Temps measured with RealTempGT [HWmonitor is +/-1°C the same temps]
Are these Temps too high? Or have I had too much expectations in my loop?
[I know I cannot get 30°C non-stop not that overkill expectations had]
The pump is running on max atm, this should actually be better than having it on something like 3 shouldn't it?
And how can I get the air [which I guess must be in the front rad] out of it? Shaking, shifting and so on helped some but still some trapped.
Pic of the loop [yes I like hose
]
Bottom of Res -> Pump -> Roof Rad -> CPU -> Front Rad -> Res...
Any Suggestions?
