Noob in need of some help

I wasn't going to pull up the case choice as you didn't ask for a case recommendation just fan locations, but no Tt cases have a real bad rep around here.. although to be honest it's a bit on the pricey side, especially considering the Obsidian 450D is only $117 compared to the $129 of the Thermaltake one, and the Corsair Cases are by far a much better stronger quality. ;)
 
Just curious why they have such a bad rep. I'm kinda stuck with what I got since it'll be here Wednesday, at least I got it on Newegg for only $99 :)

If it hasn't shipped you can cancel the order and get the money back?

oh and btw.. they won't accept the MIA. No company ever does. So don't expect to get it for 99$ and count on spending the full fat $129.
 
Yeah, at 28.8 lbs/13.1 kg shipping costs would suck :(
