NH-D14 + Foxconn inferno katana?

Title and description pretty much sum it up, oh and will it fit on my Foxconn inferno katana?

On the noctua site it has a yellow 'X' next to my motherboard what does it mean?

I think the yellow X means that it will fit but not in all cases. It mentions that the cooler extends over all the ram slots so make sure that you have fully compatilble ram

well I have hyperx with no tall heatsink so it should be fine thanks
