New Look Chat Thread - And Bug reporting

Looks awesome, was looking for the unread posts thing, but it's the 'Whats new' tab :)

Well done OC3D!

EDIT: just had a bug, I clicked post but then it said wait 30 seconds etc, but I already posted it =/

the shopping tab did not appear to work for me? will check again and report back.

Still getting used to the new layout but looks good so far :)

Ok just checked and noticed that it says coming soon, It would be a better idea to have those words as a mouse over until it is here

also noticed the quick reply and reply are the same and no smilies visible unless you know the codes.

Clicking advanced before posting shows the codes but no image of what they satnd for, (this is on the right of teh screen. The drop down for smilies works ok though :awhip:

Will the background change? Not really into it. it's to dark, doesn't match the brightness of the forum.

Probably just me though, I do prefer full size sites.

Ahem ... and the site gentlemen?? Front page, new layout etc.. What so you think?

Smilies are there on the advanced tab.

Yes!!

Finally I don't have to press quick reply to reply!!!

loool.

Yeah the background doesn't suit me either and it is generally really sluggish.

It seems to have cleared up now.

Athough some little things tend to appear later.

Most things that are blue, tend to be black until it loads up 10 seconds later.

And when you press edit post it flips out on me.

Oh and you still have the old favicon.

It's different, and will take a while to get to know it. Not a fan of change, but good job, Jim, Tom and rest of the team.

I'm not a fan of the long length advertising down both sides (background).

Where the New Posts Button?

Nice job Jim, love it!

As I said, could be a bit wider, but that's just be being picky.

Layout is certainly alot better, easier to navigate too.

The top nav bar, under home, go to about, dead link.

All footer links are dead on the main site, the footer links when on the forum just jump to the main forum page, as they are all #.

Newsletter just goes to the forum too.

The only graphical / layout error I've spotted so far is this:
oc3dbug.jpg

Only comes up in Firefox 3.5.6, fine in IE6 (couldn't try others as I don't have others)

I did try to use browsershots, but it seems you or somebody else already has.

Nice work! :)
